My flame angel is starting to get light blotches above its eyes where it looks like he has lost scales (it is not ich or a fungus). It is in a 46gal with two clowns and a pixy hawkfish. I feed it flakes, pellets, and the ocassional brine. Any idea what could be causing it?

My carpet anemone is in a bad spot, is there anyway I can move him or coax him to move without causing stress to it?

I have a 250w halide with 10000k stamped on it but it is as blue as my actinics! Is this possible or is it just mislabeled? Does the bulb direction in the socket matter? Both the bulb and ballast are odyssea.
