There is a very small worm looking creature in my tank. My tank is only a week old with live rock. This worm thing is not on the rocks. It is in the open and moves from time to time. I will post up a pic as soon as I can. If anyone has an idea please throw it out there.

I have a few unused lava rocks that were intended for a fresh water aquarium that I have. Can I use the lava rocks with the live rocks in my newly set up salt aquarium instead? Would there be any ill effect?
