HELP!!! My tang's mouth looks abnormal. It has swollen to twice its normal size. Does anybody have any idea what this could be? And if so, what do I do to make it better? Thanks

Do sponges require a lot of light? And are they usually hard to come by in LFS. I haven't seen many if any at all in the LFS that I visit. I would appreciate any info on sponges.
