I've got a yellow goby that has recently gotten "bumps" all over his body. Someone said they are parasites and if so, what do I do to get rid of them?

I've had a Lunar Wraisse for about four weeks now. That thing has eaten about 20 Nasariuss snails and is now attaking my Green and Yellow Clown Gobbies. Any suggestions other than trading him off? :help:

My Lawnmower eats Hair algea quite often.......not as often asI like but he does seem to like it!!
