some of my zoa colonies have started to die off. I have looked for pest but done see any. It started with 1 colony but has spread to two others. Here are some pictures hopefully someone can help.

I have this thin layer on the surface of my tank and when distrubed it broke up and formed thin plastic looking pieces that floated around in my tank. I had surface build up before, but never like this where it actually formed into a substance when broken up. Any ideas????

Just bought a used 24 galon nano cube. It has the dual 36w lights. The light has a slight flicker. I changed the bulbs and it did not solve the problem. Has anyone encountered this before? Any suggestions? Thanks ~Fred
