I noticed white poop looking things dropping out of my urchin every minute or so. Is this normal? Will it affect my tank?

I added live rock well over a week ago. My levels are still perfect by my tests, but there is brown algae all over the rocks, sand, and now the glass of the tank. Is this normal? Can I do anything about it?

I just put a clown and anenome in my sons tank two days ago. He didnt want the anenome, but I convinced him that "nemo" would love it. Now two days later the clown has not gone anywhere near the anenome. The anenome is white in color and has little purple dots at its tips if this helps...

Thanks to everyones advice, I added my live rock and my live sand to my 4 day old tank yesterday. Today 24 hrs later.... ph: somehere between 8.2 and 8.4 amonia: 0.0 maybe a little bit darker, but nowhere near 0.2 nitrite and nitrate both at zero is this normal or should I have seen higher...
