thanks - if i get a tank that is not pre drilled - then what do i do , is there any books to help with the set-up

i am looking to get a 75 gallon tank or 90 gallon tank for basic saltwater fish, live rock and live sand!!---more likely the tank will not be pre drilled - just a basic tank, WE ONLY WANT FISH NOT REEF what do i need to buy (brand names) to get it set-up, i mean everything!! PLEASE HELP...
