this light is new 48" total power 542W 2x175W HQI, 2x96W CF, 6xLED moon lights for a grand total of $339.90 with all bulbs and ballast would this b ok on my 55gal and how high off the water would i have to mount it?

i just started my tank up (55gal)and its been going for about 2 weeks now. I just tested ph it was ok ammonia nh3 nh4 it was good and nitrite no2 was also good but no3 nitrate was really high what can i do???
