Is this anemone dead? See attached image I think its a Condi

I was thinking about mounting 2 of these ODYSSEA 48" 260W Aquarium Power Compact Lights on my 75 gallon tank. They go for $100 each sounds like a good price to get 520W. Can anyone give me some draw backs to doing this?
