With cyano it could also be your lighting if your bulbs are older maybe they need to be replaced and how long are you running your lights. If the lights are kept off a little longer this will help get rid of the cyano. You can also try vodka or sugar dosing it takes out the nitrates and...

We have been dosing for a week now and our nitrates decreased alot. We have a heavy bioload and it has dropped 20ppm in less then a week our skimmer is working so much better since we started. You must have a skimmer to do the dosing if I'm not mistaken. Our corals look healthier as well.
