I currently have 2 160gph power heads along with a fluval 304 canister filter that produces 260 gph in my 55 gallon tank. My pH is alittle low - 7.8 is where its at now, with all other params being fine. I'm wondering if my water flow is alittle low and if adding another power head could help...

Its, uncured, so basically ill be ok with the rock starting the cycle? so just test the levels bi weekly? Brandon I checked my nitrite levels quickly before i ran out the door to dinner, they have gone up to about 1.0 is this fine? when they level out it shoudl be fine to add fish correct? Brandon

I have one power head alogn with the filter in there now, with 2 more on the way, the 2 on the way are smaller so ill use those 2 and the filter, shoudl i still put a shrimp in to start the cycle, or just let the rock do it on its own? Thanks brandon
