I would say it's dying, looks like it's been exposed to air, I heard they were like a sponge and if they come in contact with air it kills them. Someone correct me if I'm wrong

Check out the horn coral picture on the dr's site that looks like it but all the rest show the horn coral as a branching coral so i dunno search: Hydnophora exesa ???????? maybe

Mine are under a 760watt mh-pc fixture, mine open up but I have some button polyps that tend to close up a little when I turn my mh's on but open fully when just running the pc's. What is your water temp with the new fixture?
