I wouldn't add two triggers in a 75 gallon, they will fight for territories, you can add 2 in maybe a 150 gallon tank. You can add one of those triggers though.

hey, I am interested in octopus, I know that they aren't hardy, ink stuff, etc. Can I add one in a 10 gallon? I know some people hear have/ or had one in a 10 gallon. If not a 10, then what would be the minimum tank size? And can I keep ANY inverts with it, like feather dusters?

You can keep niger triggerfish in 00 gallons, but not with corals. You may get lucky, but chances are it'll eat the corals.
