I have a Top Fathom TF100A. My problem is that with the air valve turned completely off there is still way to many bubbles and it will take about 1g of water out every 4-5hrs. It has a Rio 3100 pump on it. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I bought a peppermint shimp a few days ago to try to get rid of a few aptasia's, and my ? is will this shrimp also serve as a cleaner to my fish? The fish are a 6-line and a orchid dottyback.
