I kno u werent trying to be nasty i wasent either i was only trying to figure out what kind of fish it is because he dont seem to b eating anythingy dad puts in the tank we tried flakes not eating he tried brine not eating it any advice?

i have a new fish for saltwater and i dont know the name of him can someone please help me? as u kno it is hard to snap a pic of a fish lol he is half black and half yellow with black spots on him any help will be appreciated thank you
