It was live rock that was left to dry out and carbon and phos is ? And where do I get it

It's because a couple weeks ago I took out all the sand because I didn't like the black sand and want to get white sand in a couple of weeks so that's y is you see the pic I have no sand on my tank

I took out some and added more

Hi I have a tank that has been set up for about 2 years I recently changed the live rock in it and the water got all cloudy I have live fish and anemone in there I didn't want it to kill them what can I do and will my fish be ok please help
