I do have a protein skimmer and live rock in my tank 55 gal. I do my water change weekly about 10%. I was told by my local store that it is from my live rock and there is really nothing you can do about it. Any help please.

Does anyone have clowns without the anenome. I don't have the correct lighting for anenomes yet. Will clowns exist without one or should I return them? Any advice please

it is sand. I can add live sand right to the top of this? What a mess I have. I also want to put live rock in. The problem being is that the lfs is 1 hour away so trying to do all of this in one trip Any suggestions about adding live sand and live rock???

do i need to take out all of the aragonite(sp?) that is in there now?

Being new to the hobby, (christmas present to me). The store where I purchased everything from suggested I cycle my tank w/damsels. IN my tank now I have damsels and just a substrate. IN the past two months I have been doing much reading on this site and many books recommended by this site...

We have a model 22v venturi protein skimmer, p-1000 trickle filter, micro siphon box and supreme mag drive utility pump and submersible heater to name a few.

I am really excited that I received a 55 gallon sw tank for x-mas. The problem I have now is setting everythin up. They sold my husband it seems like 10 different pumps and filters. Any advice. He said the store gave him a quick overview but we are still lost. Excited to get started.
