I have a red bristle star in my reef tank, and just noticed that something must be biting at the top of his legs. All of the legs seem like they were chewed on, because they are white and look like they are gonna fall off soon.

The LFS told me it was some kind of saltwater algea eater, He wasn't sure what it was. I bought it and put it in a 29 gallon fish tank that has nothing but a puffer in it. It is a cool looking fish and stays sticking to the glass like a freshwater Pleco would. Could you tell me what it is please.

Will they get along, my scarlet cleaner shrimp is about 2 inches and in my reef tank. My cowfish is about 1 1/2 inches and my Marine Betta is about 4 inches both are in my display tank. All are healthy. I just do not want to lose my scarlet shrimp to either one of these fish. Will it happen?
