My anemone crab has turned a brownish color. Is he getting ready to molt?

I have a 48 gallon bowfront.....excellent water parameters...have 2 percula clowns and a watchman goby along with various corals..I added a Watanabe Angel to my tank a day and a half ago. Yesterday my clowns were hosting a zoonathid together and this morning one is gone.....one clown hosting...

Is it ok to have xenia touching leathers? Also what about leathers touching frogspawn?
