i recently read an article on diatom filters, does anyone here use one? i have a 55 reef and was ondering if one of these filters could be useful to polish the water off to perfect clarity, or if filtering the water that greatly would cause the inverts to suffer.:confused:

Hello Im just trying to find out what the general consences is on horse shoe crabs in reef tanks. Are they good to have or indifferent, and are they easy to keep. I have never heard a word about them hear.

Im starting to set up a reef tank (100 g's) and my girlfriend really wants a lionfish. Is this at all a reasonable application to a reef or would it destroy it. Ive heard that a dwarf lion would be good but no one has been to sure. Help me out
