foxface sucking air at the surface

Well that's reassuring to hear. None of the other fish in our tank do this either. I'll have to make a mental note to check when he does it. Today it was after eating.

foxface sucking air at the surface

Does anyone know why my foxface is sucking air from the water's surface? This happens periodically, even right after a water change. Sometime it does it a lot and other times it's only for a couple minutes.

    Chromis

I used to have 6 blue chromis. Now I have 2. They started out schooling nicely but I think as they grew the larger ones started picking off the smaller ones. I like the schooling effect and was wondering if I could add more blue or green chromis to the tank. Will the bigger already...

How do you use the glue in the tank? Do you actually put the glue on under water? Lift everything you want to glue out of the water and then put it back in? Does the glue hurt or irritate the fish in the water? I have wanted to glue some things in my tank but have been afraid to because I'm...

Can anyone give me a little more detail on how to tell if this is poop or not? I'm really worried about it and the rest of the tank.

Throwing up it's innards or just pooping??

We've had the tank set-up for about a year now. There are 4 bulbs - 2 65Watt 12000K Daylight and 2 True Actinics. Gonna get the parameters in the morning. It's way past my bedtime. I just looked at it again while checking the lights and now it looks like something's pushing out of the center...

The foxface has bee fine for 3 or 4 months and has just suddenly started swimming fast back and forth along the back, top portion of the...
