I was in a rush to leave my house so i pulled a cube of frozen food out put it in a container with same tank water to thaw out. I for got to put the pack of frozen food back in the freezer when i got home about 4 hours later it was a thawed out would it be safe to refreeze?

My friend's got a 45gal semi reef (10-15 corals) with 4 fish and i think 45-50LBS of LR.. He wants a better skimmer he has a super skimmer65. Someone on craigslist is selling a newer Deltec MCE300 for a $150 would the it handle his tank? Thanks

Would a Octopus NW 110 work for a 50gal DT+15gal sump = 65gal system? The tank is going to be LPS only with 5 fish max maby less. Its also not going to be one of those crazy reef's (i wish) just enough coral for color. Thanks

I have a acan with about 40ish heads. Do i have to feed each one or can i just feed the biggest heads (1 inch across) and the little ones will get what they need from what the big heads eat??? Thanks

Is it ok to switch from IO to Oceanic salt? My tank 5years old it was set up on IO and used ever since. I recall reading somewhere that you can't switch between synthetic salt and natural salt.
