i've had the carbon running for about 2 days now. no improvement. what about that "algae bloom"? if it's that, how do i stop it?

phosphates level is where it should be. using RO/DI water for the changes. everything is where is should be, that's what has me stumped. even went to the saltwater shop to get everything double tested to make sure there wasn't something i was over looking.
