I went through all the proper steps for hypo, my qt was in hypo for 6 weeks!!! I spent 1 week bringing back up the salinity, and a week observing all of my ich free healthy fish!!!! This means that my display was fishless for 8 full weeks!!! Now my fish have been back in the display for one week...

I just wanted to say good luck to everyone and the thousands of beautiful reef tanks along the gulf coast. I hope everyone has taken the proper precautions for themselves and there reef tanks.

I have a asm g2 skimmer /w the 3500 pump, i was wondering if it would be ok or if it would even help to upgrade to the 5000 pump from the g4. Space is an issue so the size of the g2 works out great, but i think I would like to get a little more out of it when i hook it up. I can buy the 5000...

i now have every thing i need to set up my in wall 125. i will be making this an sps tank. i will also have a wet dry sump, 30 gallon fuge, and a 20 gallon weekly water change tank hooked up to the system.

i am looking at the outer orbit 3x250 hqi 8x39 actinics and 24 leds. do you think this is to much for a 125 gallon aquarium? They also have the 3 by 150 hqi model. i plan on making this an sps tank.

Has anyone seen the led under cabinet strips at home depot or lowes?

every powerhead , pump , skimmer , wavemaker all add up in gph, so can you over do it? Whats a good ratio to go by?

what are some of the things you use to dose your tanks? what would some of you strongly suggest?
