I currently have a 75 gallon DT with an overflow and a 10ish gallon sump with skimmer in it...and I want to ad a refugium to the setup. This is what Im currently thinking about, Im just a little concerned about what might happen should a pump fail or if the power went out.

What is a decent, yet (hopefully) fairly inexpensive filter for tap water. I would really like to get one, but I dont want to get burned by going too cheap and having to buy a new one after only a few months of use... thanks
