They are not stuck on rock. They were not there yesterday. It looks like they moved from somewhere in the back. Should I just attempt to pull them out?

Are you sure they are not Aiptasia?

I am not sure what this is but today I noticed these things just popped in the front. I looks like they move around. There are 2 of them.
