I was just wondering if lion fish get ick. Every fish in my tank has ick , except for my lion fish.

Would it be more effective if I used copper and did hypo for fish that have ick? I got my salt level down to 1.009 a couple of days ago and the ick problem has seem to have got worse. Temp is at 79, ph 8.0, and all other levels are now o. How soon should i see the ick start to go away? And...
