I did see a long black tube like worm the other night when i happen to look at the rock. When i turned on the light it quickly srunk back in the LR. Is a bristle worm bad? What should I do?

Attachment 197833 Can someone please identify this. It is growing on one of my LR. Good or Bad. It looks bad to me. Also same LR is infested with bad animonias. Killed 10 every week, they just keep coming back.
