    My Sea

Thanks everyone. Here's a few more photos from my RSM. I believe all these were taken with the Canon PowerShot SX100. Hope you enjoy.

    My Sea

Some photos of life in my Red Sea Max. All photography done with either of two cameras: Canon PowerShot SX100 IS 8.0 mp or a Kodak EasyShare V603 6.1 mp. Some taken with a tripod, most without. Most photo processing done with Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0.

    Red Sea Max 34 gallon...Diary

The BTA will do great in the RSM. I've had a green bubble tip in my RSM for quite some time that's beautiful, happy and healthy. I also experimented with a small monti frag that has grown from about 3" in dia. to about 6"+ in dia. in about 3 months. The monti lives near the top though. good luck.

Red Sea Max 130d Vs. Jbj Nano Cube Hqi

FWIW I keep a maxima clam on the sand bed in my Red Sea Max that's happy and healthy. I also purchased a small 3" frag of montipora a few months ago that's growing out quite well, probably 5" to 6" inches now. It's at the top of my rockwork though. Good luck with your choice.

    Best anemone for 1st timers?

Mine's a Green Bubble Tip and my Maroon is in love... pretty effortless on the care level. I just give it a piece or two of silverside every so often and the Maroon carries food to it as well. It found a spot it liked within a day of being in the tank and has stayed there for several months now.

    AP vs. Red Sea Max

It's a simple little air valve on the skimmer, but you can really fine tune the amount of bubbles from WFO to shut completely off. I've also found the skimmer pump adds a couple of degrees to the water temp. and now that we're getting warmer here in So.Cal. I am running the skimmer at night...

    AP vs. Red Sea Max

I've got a Max that I've had up and running since the beggining of the year and its been a great tank so far. I get pretty good flow from the two stock pumps and the skimmer works well, it does need a little break-in time. I had micro-bubbles for a good week or two until things got broke in...

    Red Sea Max

I'd shop around, my tank and stand were in boxes but I assembled them in a couple hours, no big deal. I don't see any major equipment nightmares with this unit over any other tank/system beyond maybe a possible issue with the hood that might cause you to deal direct with Red Sea for parts...

    Red Sea Max

I have a Max and love it. I wanted a plug and play and did quite a bit of research myself, but wanted something a little bigger than the 29's, etc. The T5 lighting is very good with a built in covered timer and seperate switch for the moon ligts on the hood. The control panel on the side with...
