Perculas would be a good choice except that I already had them and I'm ready for a change. More specifically (referring to my previous question), I was wondering if a pair of chalk bass would be ok with a pair of royal grammas (even though I know it goes against all I've heard of grammas in...
What fish would be compatible with a pair of Chalk Bass in a 24 gallon aquarium? It would be helpful if someone could tell me of another pair of fish that could go with the chalk bass. Thanks.
Which fish will neon gobies clean? Are there any size requirements of the cleaned fish? In particular, will they clean basslets? Also, which fish will eat the neon goby? Thanks.
If you have zoanthids on one patch of live rock, is it possible for them to spread to another piece of live rock that is not attatched to the one the zoanthids are on?
I was thinking of getting a pair of clownfish and just wanted to know of some good anemones that would be peaceful to other fish (because i will have other fish with the clowns), easy to maintain, will host clowns, and are easily propagated. Any info will help. Thanks.
I have heard that zooanthids and Ricordea Mushroom corals are great starter corals, however I was wondering if they are fish-safe? I have seen pictures of these corals killing each other and fish, and I would not want this to happen. any info will help...
Well, because it is such a small tank, i think that i should just get a few fish and the chromis species and other damsels looked like good starter fish. I am not a very experienced aquarist so i do not think that i will get any hard to keep fish.
I am thinking of restarting my 24g tank but I need some info on damselfish first. How big do they get? What species are good starters? Can they be kept in groups? any info will help.
Does anyone know anything about panther groupers? I have a 24g and I was thinking of getting one but I dont know anything about them. It would help if I could know how big they get or if they can be kept in groups. Any info will help. Thanks.
Well I was thinking about getting a very large aquarium that would sustain itself in every way except heating and lighting. I would like a more natural aquarium where there would be only live food and no equipment other than a thermometer and lights. I think it would be awesome if it worked...
I understand, now, that feeding fish (besides the dragonets) only copepods is a bad idea. How about copepods and brine or just brine? I am asking these questions because I am trying to get a tank where I can feed the fish a diet of live foods but I do not want a predatory/aggressive tank.
If I have a large aquarium (150 gallons), is it possible to have two small angelfish in it at the same time? I was thinking of getting a 150 and I particularly like the yellow pygmy angels.
