hey everyone, i recently purchased this yellow angel..about 2 weeks..params are good. trates are at 5..i am wondering if this is an infection? or maybe scraped himself off a rock..i dont think its HLLE cause it hs not affected his head..but in the spot it is red and has a few bumps...you might...

well in my 55g i have the following 1 green emerald crab 1 coral banded shrimp 2 hermits 2 astrea snails 1 tiger cowrie 5 nassiurs(sp) snails. and that seems to be doing good..i might get a coupld more snails..my fav is the coral banded shrimp tho..and the cowrie eats a ton of algae

what would cause my green emerald grab to turn white?,, you think hes getting ready to molt? he hasnt molted yet..ive had him for about 3 months...

was just wondering what the best shrimp would be that cleans fish..i tried searching but found nothing..thanks in advance..

yea i hear what your saying...but i did a water change and used the IO and seemed like it made a difference in my nitrates lol i donno was just curious..

well i got these bags of salt from mt LFS when i started my tank..it said "not for resale" on the bags in black writing and they were clear bags,so i used it all up and picked up a bucket of instant ocean salt..on the bucket it said free of nitrate and phosphates..so i was just curious...if the...

if you use a low grade brand of salt , will it increase nitrates? thanks in advance everyone.

yea i would remove it asap, i had a pink and black one , one morning i woke up, hes was on the glass with a white sack around him..i removed him, wasnt even sure if he was dieing..but i wasnt gonna take the chance...

nope. hes does pick up sand , but not when hes doing this..its like his just skidding hes belly across the sand..

so ive had this banded sleeper goby for about a month..now i am noticeing he is darting towards the sand bed like a missle and skiding his belly on the sand , he does it a few times then stops..is this normal? or could somthing be wrong..attached is a few pics..thnks in advance
