I set up my refugium today and bought some caulpura(sp).This was attatched to it.I think it's aptasia,but am not sure.I would hate to kill something if it's not a bad thing.

This has been growing on a piece of LR for the last two weeks and now I see two more of them starting to grow.They are red and look like little bubbles or balloons.Any ideas?

What would cause a snail to leave it's shell.I found two empty shells this morning and then found one of the snails without it's shell climbing up the glass.I can't find the second one.I checked my water params and they look fine.I did see a hermit close to one of the shells,but it didn't move in.

I bought these rocks from an established tank that someone was parting out.The tank had been together for around five years.In the last week these started growing and apparently spreading.Are these good or bad for the tank.Thanks for any help.They look like semi hollow green puffs.
