i had to do something my clowns were being way too ruff with my anemone so i came up with an oakie idea lol i drilled a few holes in some tupperware & placed it over the anemone but now it has attached itself to the tupperware how do i get it off without hurting the anemone?

i have a 36 gallon corner tank & want to up grade to MH lighting i found a few lights on craigslist, a pfo dual 400 watt mh ballast for $120 and a pfo hqi 400 watt ballast for $80 whats the difference between the too? also is 400 watts too much for my tank should i go with a 250 instead?
