I seem to have this black algae crawling over my Live rocks. Any suggestions on what it is and can I get rid of it. Water tested Everthing fine.

Thanks to everyones help in this. I will start over and Do try again. Do I need to to go barebones or can I salvage anything?? I plan on scrubbing rocks for the algie and maybe replace all sand.

I did do this when I was trying to clean all the algie from the sand. Never heard by stirring up the sand could do this.
