    Moving

I have a 29 gallon biocube and will be moving into a new house in about a week. I have live rock with a few soft corals attached to it. Any suggestions for moving it?

a slug on my first zoos!

I recently got a about 20 brown zoo polyps that came with a tiny, brown, spiky slug on them. I have noticed that this slug hangs out near or on them most of the time. When he is on them they close up. Any idea what it is and is it bad? I am at work and will try to get a picture of it when I get...

    Snail Question

I have had snails crawl right over the top of my bio cube and into the filter compartment, but mine have never crawled out of the tank alltogether.

    tiny snails

I have a bunch of tiny snails crawling all over my LR. I'm not too sure where they came from but my wife seems to think they are baby mexican turbos BC they appeared not long after we added two. we have several marg. snails also. The small ones are white and light brown swirls and are no bigger...

    asterina stars

Returning to our example of the common, small Asterina species found in some reef tanks, these sea stars in recent years have suffered, unfairly I might add, the reputation of being risky or just plain un-safe in the reef. This is interesting because for many years prior to that, they were not...

is this a real clownfish or not?

It is just much easier and less confusing if we call them either a percula or an ocellaris clown.

    strange ocellris behavior

It is a 29 gallon bio-cube. He seemed a bit slow this morning before I came to work but my wife is keeping an eye on him for me. She has not texted me to tell me any bad news so hopefully the little guy will be ok.

    strange ocellris behavior

This may or may not be odd, but I've never seen it. This morning when I got up and turned on my lights I found my ocellris had jumped over the back wall and was stuck in the bio-ball chamber. I have no idea how long he was here but he seem ok right now. We are gonna watch him pretty close today...
