Ok, so I have a concern. I was adding some regular freshwater RO water to my tank today and I noticed that the water had that very slimey look like theres been a ton of conditioner added to it. I just started getting my RO water from a LFS for 69 cents a gallon or something. I'm just concerned...

I want to get a chiller for my 12 gallon nano. Has anyone used or know someone who has used the coolworks IceProbe micro chiller. It is the one that runs off electricity and I would have to drill a hole in the plastic in the back of the aquarium to install it. Does this seem like a bad idea?

I'm so pissed off...I went out of town for a week so I decided to get a corallife timer. Apparently the timer kept my metal halide on 24/7 for 8 days straight instead of doing what it was supposed to do. So my tank was covered with nasty ass algae, my corals are luckily hanging on for dear life...

Wuold a purple urchin eat a chocolate chip starfish cuz I found half of its body at the bottom of my tank. I dont think there are any other culprits.
