Not so sure. I know they're really expensive to start up.... If I had to GUESS, maybe ~$500.00USD JUST for equipment/necessities, IE tank, water, sand, filter(s) (and other regulationg media), "live rock" (still don't know what this is for but I've always seen it mentioned), and any other items...
