For those of you who have installed a Tunze nano 9002 on your 28gal nano cube......
What does the rest of the back of your tank look like?
What did you do with the media that you had i the center?
Should I replace it or will my new skimmer do that?
Descriptions and pictures are much appreciated.
The first 2 pictures are of the same thing, just different angles.
It appeared on my bubble coral.
In the 2nd picture you can see the size of it.
It is aprox 3/4 of an inch tall.
And the 3rd picture is.....?
It appeared about 3 weeks ago on a piece of live rock.
It measures about 1/2"
Thanks...
Does anyone know a link to something describing what snails are bad in my aquarium?
I know the new snails that have popped up are not sundial snails, which i know are bad, but to find out exactly if i should leave them or yank them.

There are 3 of them total on there.
They just went in about 2 hours before this picture but they just sway not pulse like a Xenia.
Does that mean they are .....?
I dont see any pests, it looks to me like an algae or dieoff of some sort.
The center of that portion still expands during the day, its just that the white membrane just wont cover that point.
Nobody is picking at it.
And its just on one side of the coral.
I tried scraping at it and some of whatever is on there just flaked right off.
Could i take a soft brush to those areas?
same thing I do.
I feed it shrimp twice a week and one side of it is doing great....
Other side looks like the picture.
As you can see the white membrane doesn't cover the whole lip of the hard portion.
Can some of the experts tell me how to rehab this bubble coral?
One side of the coral i doing fantastic, this side not so well.
I see the white membrane covers these pieces on the other side, what to do here?
