I don't think that the overflow box is more than 1200 gph. The overflow box was almost or completely filled, so should I raise the overflow box so it isn't completely full.

The tank is 72x18x28 inches. I want to have four 400w metal halides spanning the tank. My question is I have been interested in buying commercial/ industrial 400w metal halide fixtures. If I purchased these could I just put in 400 watt 14k bulb and would this work for a reef tank.
