i got you guys but today my anemone from around the tank a got close to the filter and while i was out he got sucked in. i took it out but could that cause any damage to the tank

i went and got my water tested yesterday and discovered that my nitrite was .25 ph 8.0 ammonia 0 so i add live bactiria and have the fish in their now and their doing fine
