So i picked up some RO water and am about to calibrate it, im just wondering if i should wipe it off after, then put some drops from my tank on it?

After i rinse it and scub it with a tooth brush if safe to go in the tank?

Is it safe to add lace rock to established 20g reef? I wanna add a large shelf like peice to my tank but dont to spend the money on live rock if i dont have to.

My buddy has a colt coral he wants me to frag for him its geting to big for is 14g nano. How do i go about doing this can i just cut some of the arms and super glue??

So i just bought my first refractometer today Model RHS 10ATC. I have read the directions for the unit but what im not sure about is calibrating part do u use tap water? Does the temp mater? My tank water temp is 76.4deg if that maters

Update DIY Frag Rack added.Picked up 2 new zoo frags and 2 Birdsnest Heres a few pics for now more tom.

So after doin a lil reading i decided to make my own frag rack. I wanted to make it hang off the side of my tank. let me knoe what you think.

So i would like to make a Frag Rack for my 20g Reef. I've seen a lot of racks that sit on the bottem and some that are sitin on a magna float. I was wondering if anyone has made one that hangs off the side off the tank?

So i bought some glue today to start fragin and im hopin its safe to use Duro is the brand its Called Quick Gel is this safe? Please help is this stuff safe to use?
