My hippos top fin will not go down. A couple days after i got the lionfish i noticed a couple marks on the cheek. is it possible thats what happened and how long would her fin stay up like this?

It is now day four and lionfish is not eating. Maybe still nervous? My blue Hippo is acting weird since I put lionfish in also. I have not seen him put his top fin down for three days.
