I am running my PC's for about 10 hours, and my MH for about 6 I am going to shut them off for about a week and see if thaty slows it down, as I doubt i will have time during the week for another water change

i have an rsm as well. you have an air leak. easily fixed. just add water in the chamber and you should push it out and have it running ok. That is what I did. have you cleaned the skimmer area yet. I havent and it looks like fun-not.
