This clam was dead when i got home this morning, so how is it fair to make me repay for shipping and meet the minimum order requirement when this was either the shippers fault or saltwaterfish.com's fault. In any onther bussiness they would replace something that was defective as long as it...
So now I have to submit it for credit I guess but in I do not think that I should have to pay for shipping on the new clam being that it is a replacement animal because I received a sick one. I do not want to repay for shipping for someone elses screw up am I wrong on this. Candycane, do you...
Candycane no there is no hole in the mantel just a bleached area. I recieved a rather nasty response from the claim ticket that is blaming me or the shipper and I do not like it I have spent Over $300 on live stock from this company in the last three months because I thought they had good...

Hey guys and gals I just wanted to get your thoughts on this clam that i recieved from saltwater fish.com on tuesday November 10. The clam is a derasa and the intake syphon is pushed off to one side and there is a big area of discoloration on the right side of its mantel. I can assure you this...
Do you know the brand name of this RO unit? How many GPD can it handle? How big is your tank? IMO I like Air Water Ice RO/DI units, and the unit that I bought was from air water ice and is a 75GPD RO/DI unit. I got my unit for $150 plus shipping I dont remember what shipping was but it was not...
I do not know if it was said in here or not or if your power comp. offers it, but in here in Colorado you can read your own and send or call in your readings just a thought.
LPS Will shrink up at night, is this when it seems smaller to you? I have a hammer coral that looks like it has three heads on it in the day and one at night the other heads have not growen there own branches yet but they are on the way.
Oh I already ordered the RO/DI, and I am feeding DT's every other day so I think it will be okay. By the way I have been feeding DT's ever since i got the clam, but i will def. be geting a new light soon.
Thanks for all of your help.
Sweet thanks for the help, but I think I will get my RO/DI unit this check and light next. The clam is living but not thriving so I think I will be okay for two more weeks. The clam has been in the tank for two months and is still alive, so thanks agian for your help.
