hair alage is driving me nuts

You can try a product called algaefix marine, I know suggesting an additive will cause some disagreement, but the product works and is reef safe and it will help you get it to manageable levels pretty quickly

    Water Temperature

I run my tank 80-84 degrees year round no problem. In the summer when it gets real hot, I just run a fan and it cools it 2-3 degrees easy. I wouldn't worry about it to much and I certainly wouldn't worry to much about a chiller

    Duncan Coral Price per head.

Usually $10-$20 a head, so $200 for 30 heads would be a good price. I am just a little weary of buying great deals on that auction site, but thats just me.

What to do with live rock

get some berghia nudibranches or peppermint shrimp. If the aptasia are still pretty small these guys should wipe them out. You can also try copperbanded butterfly fish, I have heard they eat them too.

    Best Actinic Bulbs

I would go with the ATI Blue+, its not an actinic bulb, its a little bluer and better par, imo much better than the actinics. If I were going to go with a t5 actinic I would go with geisseman true actinic but its not worth the extra cost the ATI blue plus is better and cheaper imho. Good luck

    T5 bulb suggestions

I would go with the ATI blue plus, great par and great blue if you are looking for a bluer look to your tank.
