Has anyone ever heard of this type of live rock or know anything about it?

I have a couple things on my wish list as I put together my new 65gal reef tank. As far a a skimmer goes, what size skimmer would you recommend, I am looking at one made for 200gal and one for 160gal. The smaller fits in my refugium better, but I dont want to skimp if its not large enough...
