Whats the best way to remove Phosphates from the reef tank. I know Phosphates are in just about all foods, to much lighting, and tap water. It is hard sometimes to get to the LFS to get RO water for top off so at times i do use tap water with prime.

I just got the Rio Nano Skimmer and so far so good I think? It seems to be working fine just was wondering how to really fine tune it to skim? Is foam supposed to be over flowing in the collection cup or is it just water that collects from the foam. Any tips or advice would be nice thanks!!

my Ocellaris Clownfish has a white spot on him. its not like ich where spots are everywhere its just 1 white spot maybe a cyst?? he is not rubbing up on rocks does not seem to bother him but its like a growth on his side. I would take a pic but ist very small to see and he wont stay still.
