I ordered 10 Ricordia to fill in some of my shaded areas and I picked up Sunset Millepora, Pink Lemonade Acropora, Red Planet Acropora, Rainbow Acan, and a Strawberry Shortcake Acropora, names I'll probably forget in a...

    My Biocube 29

Hi, Thanks for the feedback. I always question my choice of aquascaping, but with only 30 gallons to work with I believe the extra filtration they provide is invaluable. I'm running Evergrow IT2040 LEDs with the Blue and White leds on different channels with separate dimmers with a...

    plumbing problems

I had the same problem, I had very small leaks coming from the bulkheads. I left a towel underneath them and after a day the salt had sealed them up and they haven't leaked since.

    Trouble Keeping Coral

I had a friend come out with his own tests to see if possibly it was my tests or user error. Turns out my Salinity was 1.022, I've over the course of the day increased it to 1.025 and the mushroom coral is fully extended and happy. Glad it was a simple fix, I cleaned my refractometer, just guess...

    Trouble Keeping Coral

Not sure how these turned out, They also look 50% better now that I have carbon and Ferric Oxide running on the tank. this one fell off and I glued it to a plug and placed it in a different location to see if location is playing a role in this. Escape, my tang kept swiming into the pictures so...

    Trouble Keeping Coral

Flower no thats not a silly question, Skimmer runs 24/7 (Except when I put in coral food) I feel like putting in the coral food isn't a problem, I used a turkey baster to target feed it, problem is most of the corals closed up the first day and I didn't feed because there wasn't anything to take...

Seems to be further into the shade the better the mushrooms look. But they...

    Trouble Keeping Coral

Yes, but I've also read reef aquariums have an acceptable range of 7-11 so I haven't bothered to fiddle with it.
