What is better for 125g 2 400w MH or 3 250w MH?

i appreciate the help what bulbs are best for corals

i need to know what are some good metal halide bulbs for my 125 reef tank. I am looking for a crisp white light i dont really like the bulbs that are too blue or yellow. Is there a bulb with the correct spectrum that puts out the color that i like.i have 400 watt ballasts

i just bought 3 400 watt metal halide lights from local electric supply should i use 3 400 watt bulbs for my 125 reef or is that too much light should i use 250 watt bulbs instead and what are some good bulbs.
