This is my first pest. Should I just grab this thing and pull it off the rock? Or just inject it with lemon juice? or BOTH ? What should I use to inject with?

Today I had a leak. The hose connecting to my refugium came loose, so I tightened and fixed it. Then I must of loosened my overflow hose and that sprung a leak. It took me 3 hours and I am finnally leak free.
